Compliance

Our company is dedicated to helping companies navigate the evolving landscape of AI compliance, with an emphasis on laws such as NYC 144. NYC’s regulation is part of broader efforts at federal, state (e.g., California, Colorado, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington D.C.), and international (e.g., EU) levels to bring transparency to the use of AI in high-impact contexts and its ripple effects. We specialize in guiding employers through bias audit readiness, AEDT governance, and disparate impact testing using both manual analysis and platform-based audit tools. By aligning with regulatory frameworks such as the EEOC’s strategic enforcement plan and the AI Risk Management Framework, we ensure our clients meet transparency, fairness, and disclosure requirements while maintaining operational integrity. Our approach blends compliance with ethical AI strategy—empowering People teams to deploy automated decision systems responsibly.

The Impact of AI on the Workforce —
and the Urgent Need for AI Readiness

Many people teams feel like they’re underwater — overwhelmed by rapid change, new technologies, and growing pressure to adapt faster than ever. From performance management to analytics and employee engagement, AI is transforming how we work.

Yet while technology is advancing rapidly, the true differentiator in the age of AI will be people — how well they understand, adapt to, and collaborate with intelligent systems. As automation and data-driven tools take on more routine tasks, the demand for new human skills — critical thinking, digital fluency, ethical judgment, and creative problem-solving — is accelerating.

Forward-looking companies are already preparing by launching AI readiness initiatives that train employees not just to use technology, but to lead with it.

Building an AI-ready workforce is no longer optional — it’s a strategic imperative. Companies that invest now in developing adaptive and ethically grounded talent will be best positioned to thrive in the next era of work, where human potential and artificial intelligence work hand in hand.
